Better handling:

Chassis bracing maintains alignment angles and spring rates by greatly reducing body or chassis flex. In fact, it helps every component in the suspension system operate more efficiently. You can feel the difference through improved turn-in, sharper steering response and greater steering feedback. This is done by utilizing the entire chassis and distributing the force across the bar.

Everyday Driving:

It has minimal effect to ride comfort. Although it stiffens the chassis. It’s effects aren’t fully felt unless you driving really hard; in particular with turns and lateral movement. When going over pot holes or irregularities in the road. Upward force of compression would be distributed to the Un-effected side. Theoretically reducing the amount of force felt in the cabin. Another positive aspect of having this bar mounted is that with a stiffer chassis. It reduces creeks and squeaks. Being made of chromoly steel and cold rolled steel plates. These are the strongest bars available.

Power:

It doesn’t increase horsepower. It allows the car to deliver existing power to the ground more efficiently. You are making the chassis stiffer resulting in a more directly feel. Consider stock vs solid motor mounts. With weak worn out rubber motor mounts. Power is lost with twisting and flexing and sent through the chassis. Where as solid motor mounts minimize the flexing and limits power loss.

The point of this product is keeping the tires on the ground. Specifically the point of contact with the surface. As you turn in aggressively into a turn. The tire opposite of the turn you are taking will want to lift there by reducing the amount of surface contact area with the road. The bar stiffens the chassis resultsing in Increased responsiveness when turning and more direct feel. This effect can result in the ability to get on the power sooner when exiting corners or maintain the power through sweeping corners.

Asthetics:

In addition to the aforementioned benefits. The box has a laser cut hole to allow for easier installation of the ground wire. The hole was designed to easily fit the stock ground wire but large enough to allow for additional wires if need be. Additionally, we designed a removable cover to provide a more finished look. The cover plate will be left in its raw form so it can be easily polished, powder coated, or painted. The cover will be secured with 2 included button screws that will be included with your purchase of the strut tower bar.
